Our Senior Managing Director and co-founder, Barbara Zotara, has decades of experience in the management of complex operations. Barbara's previous successes included being the Director of a $100+ million department budget within a nonprofit institution, the inaugural Executive Director of a nonprofit organization, and several other management roles in the healthcare industry. Barbara is trained in Six Sigma efficiency practices, which undoubtedly helps with the ‘puzzle master-like processes’ associated with our VIBE Home Makeover.
