series will be produced in the
Tampa Bay region in 2027-28.
Five families receive home makeovers.
SELECT MAKEOVERS
Four recipients receive SELECT MAKEOVERS, with each home receiving 18 improvements, including six or more major enhancements and a selection of 12 sets of finishing touches, converting their house into a refreshed and vibrant home.
Applicants for the SELECT series can own or rent their home, and must live in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk, Manatee, or Sarasota county. Recipients must be full-time Florida residents and live in the home to be beautified.
FLAGSHIP RENOVATION
One recipient family receives the FLAGSHIP RENOVATION, an extensive interior and exterior renovation with 30 or more improvements, including 18 major enhancements and an array of 12 sets of finishing touches, transforming their home into a truly beautiful and functional living environment.
Applicants for the FLAGSHIP series must own their home, and live in the Tampa Bay Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, or Hernando county.

SELECT MAKEOVERS
SELECT MAKEOVERS provide 4 bay area recipient families with modest home makeovers, with each home receiving 18 or more improvements (3 core improvements, 3 select enhancements, and a selection of 12 sets of finishing touches).
CORE IMPROVEMENTS
Each recipient of the SELECT MAKEOVER SERIES is expected to receive a complete exterior home paint refresh, new landscaping and garden features, and an interior paint renewal.
SELECT ENHANCEMENTS
Additionally, each receives new furniture in multiple rooms; upgraded technology, computers, and connectivity; and a major appliance upgrade in the kitchen and laundry room.
FINISHING TOUCHES
Each home is then further enhanced with finishing touches such as artwork and décor, mirrors, shelving and organization, lamps, clocks, vases, pillows, rugs, etc.

The FLAGSHIP RENO provides a bay area recipient family with an extensive interior and exterior renovation with 30 upgrades (3 core improvements, 15 major enhancements, and a selection of 12 sets of finishing touches).
CORE IMPROVEMENTS
Each recipient of the FLAGSHIP RENOVATION SERIES is expected to receive a complete exterior home paint refresh, new landscaping and garden features, and an interior paint renewal.
MAJOR ENHANCEMENTS
Additionally, each receives options to include upgrades such as new windows, solar technology, upgraded HVAC, flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathrooms refresh, closets and storage, major appliances, new furniture in multiple rooms, upgraded technology, computers, and connectivity, mattresses and bedding.

Each home is then further enhanced with finishing touches such as artwork and décor, mirrors, shelving and organization, lamps, clocks, vases, pillows, rugs, etc.
